PARENT MEETING: Wednesday, March 3, 2010 @ 6:30pm, Aventura Community Recreation Center
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:
- Proof of age is required at time of registration. Participants must be 4 years old by February 9, 2010. A copy of the birth certificate is required.
- Proof of residency is required at time of registration. This includes a Valid Drivers License, Utility Bill, Deed or Lease, School Records, and Voters Registration.

Coaches & Volunteers Wanted
The City of Aventura is always looking for parent volunteers. If you are interested in being a coach, an assistant coach, or a team parent, please let us know. All volunteers must undergo a background check through the Department of Florida Law Enforcement and attend a training session prior to the start of each season.
