How can I request a Freebee ride?
Free rides can be requested daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with the Ride Freebee mobile app. The Ride Freebee mobile app is available in both the Apple and Google Play store, and for those unable to access the mobile app, rides may be requested by contacting the Freebee dispatch line at 1-855-918-3733.
Once the app is downloaded, open the app, request a free ride pickup to your destination, wait for your friendly driver to arrive, and enjoy the ride.

1. How much does it cost to use Freebee?
Freebee is 100% free. You are welcome to tip your driver, but tipping is not expected.
2. When is Freebee available?
Aventura’s Freebee vehicles run from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.
3. Is Freebee only for Aventura residents?
Freebee can be used by anyone in Aventura, whether they are a resident or a visitor.
4. Does Freebee have car seats for young children?
Freebee has booster seats, but not seats for infants or toddlers. Riders are welcome to bring their own car seat for any children in their party.
5. What is the minimum age for someone riding alone?
Freebee is available for anyone age 18 or older if they are riding alone. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Where can I take Freebee?
Freebee will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Aventura. Freebee is your free ride anywhere within the city.
7. Are all of the Freebee vehicles electric?
Freebee only uses fully electric vehicles.
8. Is Freebee wheelchair accessible?
The Freebee XL vehicles have a wheelchair ramp. Aventura currently has two of these vehicles. If you utilize a wheelchair, you can add that to your profile in the Freebee app so that a wheelchair accessible vehicle will be sent to you.
