The City of Aventura will begin drainage improvements in the Northbound lanes of NE 34th Avenue between NE 207th Street and NE 213th Street on February 6, 2023.
To allow room to perform the drainage improvements and to prevent closure of NE 34th Avenue, traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes of NE 34th Avenue allowing vehicles to travel north to the NE 213th Street intersection. This traffic pattern is expected to be in place until February 24, 2023. The enclosed Maintenance of Traffic plan has been reviewed and approved by the Aventura Police Department.
The City apologizes for any inconveniences and recommends using caution in the construction areas during the duration of the project, and seek alternate routes when possible.
