STEP INTO A WORLD OF WHIMSY AND WONDER!

The City of Aventura proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary of incorporation on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the annual Founders Day celebration. This year’s magical theme, "Aventura in Wonderland," draws inspiration from the classic tale Alice in Wonderland, promising an enchanting experience for all ages.

To mark this important milestone, the City has planned a wide range of entertainment and activities for residents of all ages. Guests can expect to encounter stilt walkers, jugglers, costumed characters, and a variety of interactive stations designed to engage both children and adults. The event will feature a live magic show, themed photo opportunities, and art activities that reflect the whimsical world of Wonderland. A selection of food trucks will also be on site, offering a variety of delicious options for attendees to enjoy throughout the evening.

Ticket Information

Ticket reservations can be made online only at cityofaventura.com/ors through the City’s Online Registration System. Each individual in a household account may reserve two tickets. Registration opens on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and closes on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Upon registration, tickets will be attached to the receipt. Wristbands are required for entry and must be picked up at the Community Recreation Center (3375 NE 188^th Street Aventura, Florida 33180) before the event. Pickup times are as follows: Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Event Information

Entrance to the event will be located northbound on Biscayne Boulevard. Free parking is available at Gulfstream Park, just north of the event site.

Advance registration is required for all attendees, including babies and young children. 

Each person attending must wear their wristband to enter the event. Wristbands are non-transferable, may not be duplicated, and each ticket may only be scanned once. Only one wristband will be issued per valid ticket.

This year’s Founders Day offers a unique opportunity to celebrate Aventura’s rich history while stepping into a world of fantasy and discovery. Residents are encouraged not to miss this special evening as the City marks 30 years of community, growth, and imagination.
