Aventura Arts & Cultural Center
The Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, which opened in 2010, is an elegant, high-tech, 330 seat facility, whose mission is: To enhance the quality of life for Aventura by providing a variety of performing arts and relevant cultural programming for audiences of all ages.

Community Development
The Community Development Department is responsible for the City's planning, development review, zoning, building plan review and inspections, code enforcement, economic development functions and the issuance of local business tax receipts (formerly occupational licenses).

Public Works / Transportation maintains all public property (including the public streets, facilities, right-of-ways and medians) within the City limits and is responsible for storm water maintenance.
