Aventura Community Green Garden

The Aventura Community Green Garden at Founders Park South features 4 by 12-foot garden sections filled with sterilized topsoil for residents to grow vegetables, flowers, herbs, and other plants. 


To start gardening, Green Garden membership and garden section rental are required. Members must be Aventura residents. Garden sections will be assigned in the order that the applications and required fees are received. 

The annual fee for one garden section is $110. Membership is valid for one year from the registration date.  New members may join at any time during the year, providing they are 18 years of age or older.


Open daily (except Tuesdays) from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

Park hours may be subject to change due to the City’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic. 


Registration is available online only on the City’s new Online Registration System (ORS). Please visit cityofaventura.com/ors and start gardening!

Aventura residents who have created an account on the new system on or after June 1, 2020 can login and start the registration process. Aventura residents who have not created a new account on the system must create a new account before registering. To create a new account, visit cityofaventura.com/ors.
